How to develop a plan for continuous improvement in sustainability
Sustainability is no longer just a ‘nice-to-have’ topic, but a practical necessity for the long-term viability of companies and organisations. But how do you move from one-off activities to systematic and meaningful improvement? This workshop will show you how to set up a simple yet effective plan for continuous improvement – one that won’t end up gathering dust in a drawer, but will actually be put into practice.
Over the course of two hours, you’ll gain a clear overview of the steps involved, from the initial assessment of the current situation right through to a concrete action plan. We’ll provide practical guidance and tips on how to identify priorities, involve colleagues and set realistic goals that make sense not only from a sustainability perspective but also from a business perspective.
The workshop will also include a short ‘mini-audit’ (assessment), which will help you quickly clarify where you currently stand and where it makes sense to start. Each participant will also take away a simple and clear worksheet that will guide them through the individual steps of creating a plan and serve as a basis for further work within the organisation.
You’ll leave the workshop not only inspired, but also with a concrete, step-by-step guide on how to approach the continuous improvement of sustainability in a way that is manageable, measurable and beneficial in the long term.
