On the eve of the Engaged Investments conference, we are organising an intimate private dinner in Prague for founders of technology companies with annual turnover ranging from a few million to tens of millions. The main topic will be mergers, acquisitions and company sales.
Founder Backroom will provide an open forum for discussion on how buyers are approaching the market today, what influences valuations, and which technology companies are currently attracting the most interest for acquisition.
Together with SpringWater, a firm actively involved in acquisitions, we will focus on how strategic and financial investors assess individual opportunities, what makes a company an attractive acquisition target, and how founders can create more options well before the actual transaction takes place.
