Knowing your customers is one part of success – the other is understanding the costs associated with your product or service. This workshop will guide participants through calculating key costs such as production, storage and personnel costs and comparing them to expected revenue. Financial planning is essential to ensure sustainability, profitability and long-term growth.
The workshop will be led by Jan Čeladín, finance expert.
From a series of workshops for participants of the masterclass Entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic, in which Ukrainian refugees and refugee women will learn how to do business in the Czech Republic.
